Our Kansas City Loan Production office is charged with furthering the mission of First Security Bank which is simply to serve our clients, employees, and
shareholders. As “the bank that service built” we continually strive to improve

offer shareholders consistent profitability and a fair return on investment.
Kansas City…
The Loan Production Office was created to service and further our relationships with clients of First Security Bank in the greater Kansas City area; develop new mutually beneficial relationships with businesses by offering innovative credit opportunities and personalized service; and provide the foundation for the future placement of one or more full service bank branches in the Kansas City area.
Business Clients…
In January 2007 the Loan Production Office opened and began operations by providing $700,000 in credit for a commercial real estate and small business purchase. Since that time, it has provided an additional $10 million in credit to over 20 clients located throughout the city. Credits for working capital, including fixtures, inventory, receivables and operating lines of credit, as well as commercial real estate purchases and refinances have been approved and advanced. Our Kansas City clients include retailers, software developers, residential property owners/managers, real property developers, investment and asset management firms, as well as hotel and motel owners and operators. We value the relationship we have developed with our clients and look forward to the relationships we will develop in the future. First Security Bank is headquartered in Norton, Kansas.
